Pat’s focus in life has been to motivate others to feel more empowered, and to find abundance in their lives through clearing the mind of unproductive thoughts and the body of unhealthy behaviors. Pat uses hypnotherapy to demonstrate how the subconscious mind has the ability to bring the mind, body and spirit together, enhancing the client’s mental well-being and personal growth. She is a strong believer and follower of the teachings of Dr. Joseph Murphy (1898-1981), a major figure in the human potential movement. She is a Registered Nurse and has practiced in New Hampshire, New Jersey and Nova Scotia. She is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of New Jersey.  Her interests include Astrology and metaphysics.
